Materials:
• 740 – 2100 yards of fingering weight 1 yarn
o I used The Lemonade Shop in color way Sleepover for the classic fit.

• 3.75 mm F hook or hook size needed to obtain gauge for top section
• 4 G mm hook for the lace body section
• Scissors

Abbreviations:
• FSC – Foundation Single Crochet
• HHDC – Herringbone Half Double Crochet – Yarn over, insert hook pull up a loop, (3 loops on hook), pull through one loop with loop you just pulled up, yarn over pull through all loops on hook.

Notes:
The Funfetti Frill is an intermediate crochet pattern, written for sizes with the bust ranges of 22 – 62 inches. Pattern includes 3 child sizes (4-10 year) and 17 adult sizes (XS-5XL).
It is intended to be worn with 0 to 4 inches of positive ease. Pick your size based off your bust size and the amount of ease you want for your top. Check schematic on page 11 for measurements.
This pattern follows along sizes as 1, 2, 3, 4 (5, 6, 7, 8) (9, 10, 11, 12) (13, 14, 15, 16) (17, 18, 19, 20), follow along your size that you selected. Check schematic on page 11.
This is a top down circular yoke top design that is seamless. You can adjust your yoke length while crocheting and midrange coverage after you split for sleeves. Mine sits around my belly button after blocking. I wear mine with high-waisted pants or leggings.
There is no RS or WS while working the yoke and midsection but once you hit the lace section there is. There are instructions to help place you on the RS or WS a row before. Don’t worry about it until you hit that point. If using multiple colors for a stash-busting project, keep all ends on one side.
The lace section has 2 styles, a classic fit or ruffle. The classic fit is 2-4 inches larger than the bust to make up for hips. The ruffle style has a lot of ease for a fun ruffle finish, you will increase by double the amount. Each size has increases before starting and will use a larger hook before starting the lace section. Both sections can be adjusted for a short or long lace section depending on the style you want.
