NOTE-I have had many people purchase the working class fur kid sweater and make it longer or taller for their slim fur kids.
If you are still not sure PM me or go to my group and ask questions there. Who knows there may be a fur kid’s picture in a sweater there that gives you the answer you need.

The Fur Kids sweaters came about because there are very few sweaters to fit larger pets and even less for barrel chested dogs. I have a very large barrel chested dog I love very much and he needed a sweater.

This sweater was designed for the working group but is easily adapted to fit most any pet you love.

Sizing for this group came down to 4 sizes fits most. The design has written so you can knit to the size of your pet.

Most any worsted weight or fingering weight yarn will work with this pattern. I have had people test knit using dk weight with good results.
