Furthermore was born out of the leftovers from my Adept Cowl, a collaboration with the amazing Spincycle Yarns. Simple stranded colorwork with no long floats to catch, Furthermore’s striking geometric motif shows off color-shifting yarn beautifully! I used Spincycle’ s Metamorphic base as my main color — this 50% recycled wool is so soft and has great structure, and for my contrast color I used their Dream State base in “Miss Me.” This pattern has major “one more round” vibes and makes the perfect cozy accessory!

This stranded colorwork cowl is knit seamlessly in the round and calls for two contrasting skeins of DK or worsted weight yarn. I used Spincycle Yarns Dream State as my contrast color and I highly recommend it for added visual interest!

For your convenience, two versions of the chart are provided, one with a light MC and dark CC and vice versa - use the version that most closely matches your chosen colors, but note that the same chart is used throughout the pattern.

You can knit this cowl without catching your floats. However, some testers chose to catch floats of five stitches or longer. A link is provided for how to catch floats.
