Both the modified moss stitch and slip stitch colorwork motifs come charted and written to suit a wide range of pattern reading preferences.

The Gammans hat can be knit in either a classic beanie or slouchy length version. The Gammans cowl can be knit as a short single loop or longer double wrap version.

Please note: the stitch patterns used for these accessories include written as well as charted instructions.

Construction

• The hats are worked circularly in the round from the bottom up.
• The cowls are worked flat beginning with a Provisional Cast On, then the ends are joined using a Joinery Bind Off.
