This three way convertible shawl has two size options, and is crocheted in Berroco Boboli Lace. Shawl has buttons on the ends and may be worn as a shrug or cape in addition to a shawl. Pattern includes complete written instructions, a schematic and detailed stitch chart, and has been professionally tech edited and tested.

This is an intermediate to advanced intermediate level crochet project. You will need good working knowledge of basic crochet stitches, and pattern reading or chart reading skills.

Any yarn may be substituted that is about 50g to 175 yards per ball. When substituting yarn, be careful to make sure you have enough balls to complete the project. Worsted weight yarn is not recommended for this pattern.

You will need about 700 yards of yarn in the required weight for the small size, or about 1000 yards for the larger size shawl, size G (6) 4mm crochet hook, 6 shell buttons, about 7/8 inches in diameter, 12 split ring stitch markers, an embroidery needle and matching sewing thread to attach the buttons.

This shawl is inspired by my award winning lace shawl from the 2016 CGOA design competition, “Pretty as a Peacock”. https://www.ravelry.com/projects/TheresaKehrer/pretty-as-...
