Seventeenth-century leather and gold bobbin lace gauntlet gloves now in the collection of the Fashion Museum in Bath, England inspired Vicki Square’s modern interpretation. These exquisite knitted and embroidered gloves will be the talk of the town.

Finished Size 7” hand circumference and 8” long from wrist to fingertip; gauntlet measures about 6.5” from wrist.

Yarn Cloudborn Baby Alpaca Fingering (100% baby alpaca): #21-104 cerulean heather (light blue; MC), 2 skeins; #21-108 midnight heather (dark blue; CC1) and #21-006 silver heather (gray; CC2), 1 skein each. Yarn distributed by Craftsy.com.
Needles Size 1 (2.25 mm): straight and set of double-pointed. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
