Gemstone Hat
Gemstone hat is a seamless design, knit in a fascinating fabric inspired by the luxurious woven fabrics of Chanel jackets. The slip stitch colorwork pattern creates depth and drama in color and texture. With one strand of yarn worked per row, this hat is a simple and pleasurable knit.
Merino wool yarn maintains the structure of the ribbing and and provides warmth and foil for the shimmer and drape of the brightly-dyed silk yarn. Knit the folded brim version for a very warm hat, or choose the single ribbed brim for a lighter version.
