Germination Pullover
GERMINATION is a slightly cropped, bottom-up seamless pullover featuring an almost-chevron pattern on the body and sleeves, adapted from Norah Gaughan’s excellent Twisted Stitch Sourcebook (2021).
The hem and cuffs are worked in simple ribbing, and the V-neck is edged with attached I-cord for a clean finish. The bracelet-length sleeves increase after the cuff and are worked straight to the underarm. Then body and sleeves are joined together to work the seamless yoke with compound raglan shaping and V-neck.
A raglan worksheet is provided to help you keep track of your rows and decreases.
