Strip #3 is a bit different. You cast on, work Chart #12, #13, then #14 twice. Follow that with another working of Chart #13, then move on to Chart #15. After #15, you repeat #13, then #14 twice again, and #13 before moving on to #16 as you near the end.

As usual, only the right-side rows are represented, so make sure to just work back, purling the purls and knitting the knits, on the wrong-side rows.
