Giraffe Blanket 3
Bring safari charm to life with this Giraffe Blanket pattern, a blend of mosaic overlay crochet and tapestry crochet techniques. Featuring a giraffe mother and baby surrounded by leaves, this design uses an additional color carried along the row — a tapestry crochet technique — to create seamless color transitions for the greenery.

I also have a version of this design without the leaves (no tapestry color changes). Level 2-Advanced (angle stitches) https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/giraffe-blanket-2-2

This pattern is divided into 7 sections (6 pages each) and is worked from the bottom up. The charts and written pattern are divided into identical sections so they can be used together. Customers who are new to angle stitches have reported that using the charts and written pattern together have answered questions they have about stitch placement. I would also suggest using the Knit Companion app (my personal preference as it is brilliant and saves on printer ink and paper), but I have also included layout instructions if you prefer to print out your pages.
