Give Em the Slip
This little gem of a cowl starts off with one style of slip stitch pattern and then transitions into a second slip stitch pattern at the bottom. The spacing variety makes for a lot of textural interest - and with only one color worked in every row the knitting is much easier than it looks!
Using an I-Cord cast on, you’ll start off with a triangular shape and a houndstooth pattern before transitioning into a straight section with “ribbons” of yarn made with simple slipping, knitting and purling.
Choose from two different lengths: short or long; it’s easily modified to maximize your yardage. We love a fluffy yarn paired with either a low or high contrast main color - we’ve worked this up in a variety of different yarns so you can be inspired by the different looks!
