Glamping Sleeping Bag
A summer wouldn’t be complete without a camping trip, and there is no better way to camp then to GLAMP! This sleeping bag is perfect for those cool nights either in your tent, RV or cuddling be the campfire. Great for both adult and children.
Yarn: Cascade 220 (Purple Hyacinth 7808- 8(14) Beige 8021- 4 (6) skeins,9612- Purple orchid 2 (3-4) skeins),
Other great choices would be Berroco Vintage, Berroco Ultra Alpaca
Hook: G/ 4.25 mm hook or size needed to obtain gauge
Other Materials:
• Darning needle
• Coordinating Fabric to line sleeping bag 51” x 65” for childrens size and 61”x 73” (Note: most fabrics do not come that wide so it will be necessary to sew to pieces together to achieve those measurements)
• Zipper to go along the bottom (27 inches long or 32 inches long)
• Zipper to go along the side (66” or longer 72” or longer)
• Note: Zippers are optional and best put in by an experienced seamstress, my local fine tailor was able to help me
Gauge: 5 shell stitches (1 sc, 2dc) = 4 inches, 8.5 rows = 4 inches
Finished size: (after blocking) childrens- 50”x64” , adult size 60” x 72”
