The traditional feathered edge look of ikat designs is recreated here in blocks of double crochet stitches. Every other row is the same as the one below it, making this blanket a relaxing project to stitch. Double-layered tassels add exotic flair to complete the boho look.

A self-striping yarn and a contrast yarn are both carried throughout the whole blanket, making color changes easy.

Yarn
dk weight or fine weight held doubled

Main color: 2,100 yards (1,920 m)
Contrast color: 1,150 yards (1,052 m) plus 460 yards (421 m) for the border and 100 yards (91 m) for the tassels
