Glowing Skull Socks

A toe-up sock pattern that features some fun stripes and spooky skulls. Quick lace around the colourwork portion adds a little bit of detail to the otherwise plain pattern. Designed with a heel flap construction and a simple 1x1 rib.

Adult S (M, L)

To fit approximate foot circumference of 7 (8, 9)” / 17.5 (20.5, 22.5) cm.

Yarn
Approx. 50g of sock yarn with a 20g mini for contrast toe, heel cuff and a 10g mini for colourwork

Needles
US 1 (2.25mm), 40” (100cm) circular needles for magic loop (or size to obtain gauge)

US 2 (2.75mm) 40” (100cm) circular needles for magic loop (colourwork portion)

Gauge
36 sts / 46 rounds = 4” (10 cm) in stockinette stitch, after blocking.
