This hat is knit from the bottom up using three different shades of Tosh Merino Light. Three strands are held together throughout the project, and these three strands will vary from round to round. Follow the chart for a guide on how to change colors, or come up with your own fade!

In the sample shown, the “A” color is usually the darkest. The hat fades roughly from the darkest color at the bottom, to the lightest around the middle, and then back to darkest at the top.
