Este gorro es el siguiente paso para los que han aprendido a tejer con el Cuello Principiante y ahora quieren aprender a hacer disminuciones. Por supuesto se puede hacer independientemente del cuello – el patrón incluye instrucciones paso a paso asumiendo que estás aprendiendo a tejer. También es un proyecto rápido y entretenido para tejedores con más experiencia. Si estás aprendiendo a tejer, puedes usar los mismos videos que para el Cuello Principiante para casi todas las técnicas, fijándote cuando el patrón del gorro cambia (por ejemplo el número de agujas que se necesita, el número de puntos que se monta, o la secuencia de puntos que se usa para el elástico). Para este patrón hay un nuevo video que explica cómo se hacen las disminuciones, cómo colocar los puntos en las agujas cuando el gorro se hace demasiado estrecho para las agujas de 40cm, cómo cerrar los puntos al final y esconder la hebra. El enlace a este video aparece en el patrón.

Gorro Principiante means “beginner hat”. This hat is the next step for those who learnt to knit with the Cuello Principiante (beginner cowl) pattern and who now want to learn how to do decreases. The pattern gives step-by-step instructions assuming you are a beginner. Of course, this is a quick and fun project for more experienced knitters too.

The original Cuello Principiante pattern had a series of videos accompanying it and some of these will also be helpful for the hat, but they are in Spanish.
