What you will need:

2 knitting needles (US2/2.75mm or as per tension advice)
5g violet yarn per gram positive bacterium (e.g. Sirdar Snuggly DK ‘Violet’ 488)
5g pink yarn per gram negative bacterium (e.g. Sirdar Snuggly DK ‘Spicy Pink’ 350)
Two or more black toy safety eyes (6mm) per bacterium/bacteria chain
Polyfil toy stuffing
1 tapestry needle for finishing

Skills used: Casting on and off, Increasing and Decreasing

Stitches used: Stocking stitch
