Granite Cove
Granite cove, an airy raglan tunic with open sleeve design is an essential piece for any summer wardrobe. Worked in a warm weather friendly linen viscose blend, it will become the perfect companion for breezy days by the shore, when the sun is out, but the wind still brings in cold air off the water.
Layer it in the spring or fall over leggings and a long-sleeve tee, the sleeves are designed with a little extra flare to accommodate for that. Or wear it over a sheer linen dress or perhaps as a cover up on the beach on hotter days in the summer.
No matter how you decide to wear it, you will get lots of use out of this wardrobe staple spanning multiple seasons!
Granite Cove is worked in the round from the top down, the sleeves are finished after the body is complete. A textured pattern panel down the front adds visual interest and an elegant touch to your casual wardrobe.
Stillpoint is a series of wardrobe building patterns which can be used as the base for your explorations into your own style. Designed to coordinate and complement, these patterns are what you will come back to again and again, your Stillpoint, where everything comes together and everything starts.
NOTE: Working with rayon/linen yarn results in garments with beautiful drape and a lustrous sheen, it is however essential that you measure your gauge swatch AFTER washing, as the fabric changes and grows when wet.
