This Cowl is so versitile, you can wear it as a long cowl, shrug, ponchette, doubled cowl or as a scarf. You work this in Linked Crochet similar to Tunisian Crochet working in panels that are built on top of each other so you can really adjust how long you want it to be. It is then joined using buttons that will also fit along the ruffled edge giving you multiple fitting options. This works up quickly and the bigger hook size allows for great drape :)
