grass-stitch beanie|slouchy
Purchase together with the matching mitts and save -- see below!
The grass-stitch beanie is a design idea that came about while flipping through my knit stitchionary -- I fell in love with grass-stitch! Combining this deceptively easy stitch with a gorgeous skein of walnut-dyed merino from G. Sheller resulted in a project I’m proud of and thoroughly enjoyed designing and knitting!
The stitch pattern consists of a two-row repeat that is easily memorized making this a great project for social knitting. The decreases create a pleasing design that resembles a snowflake and will require a bit more of your attention, yet they are not at all difficult.
Instructions for both a beanie and a slouchy are included. Feel free to add a pompom if you’d like!
