Greer cardigan
There’s a 1930s look to this pretty cardigan by Helen Metcalfe. Its all-over pattern combines a lace stitch with stripes of garter stitch in a contrast colour, which form zigzags due to the lace pattern. It’s knitted in one piece to the armholes, when it is divided to work the back and fronts. Helen’s design uses Erika Knight Gossypium Cotton, a DK-weight yarn with a soft, matt feel that comes in chalky pastel colours.
