Guld lett on Lettlopista tehty villamekko. Vaate sopii myös kesäisempään käyttöön, varsinkin jos lankana käyttää sopivan vahvuista puuvillalankaa tai puuvilla-villa sekoitetta.

Mekon voi tehdä lyhyillä tai pitkillä hihoilla, ihan tarpeen mukaan. Guld mekko on nopea neuloa. Kuten monien islantilaisten vaatteiden kohdalla, hihat neulotaan ensin, sen jälkeen vartalo, ja viimeisenä kaarroke, joka yhdistää osat valmiiksi vaatteeksi.

This super light but warm dress is made of Lettlopi, and is a garment for festive parties or just chilling at home.

The yarn used in the picture is Lettlopi, but you can use cotton yarn or similar instead just as well. Just be sure to adjust the gauge accordingly.
Guld dress is quick to knit. As with many Icelandic garments, the sleeves are knitted first, followed by the body, and the yoke comes last, combining everything into a completed garment. The front and back of the dress are the same, so it can be worn either way. You will have no trouble knitting with this pattern!
