Inspired by Elizabeth Zimmerman’s February Baby Sweater in the Knitter’s Almanac and on the heels (oh, how punny) of the February Lady Sweater craze, here are socks using the same lace pattern.

Columns of twisted stitches frame the lace as it goes down the instep of the foot. A quick, simple knit, these socks are very comfortable and fun to knit.
