20 sts and 28 rows = 4˝ in St st on larger needles
21 sts and 34 rows = 4˝ in Pat Sts on larger needles
Leaf Pattern: Multiple of 8 sts, 8 rounds
Brocade Pattern: Multiple of 8 sts, 17 rounds
Earflaps are worked flat, beginning with I-cord ties. Hat body is worked in rounds. Finish with pompons on top and at ends of ties.
