YARN
One skein of Malabrigo Yarn Sock (100% merino wool; 402 m / 440 yds per 100 g). Shown in colour Tiziano Red.

Or approximately 400 m / 437 yds of similar fingering weight yarn.

NEEDLES
Size 4 mm / US 6 needles or size to achieve pattern gauge

This shawl is worked flat, but I recommend using 80 – 100 cm / 32 – 40 inch circular needles to accommodate the growing number of stitches.
