Halasana Cowl
Halasana is an advanced yoga pose that is simple to practice and that strengthens and rejuvenates.
Like the yoga pose, the Halasana Cowl will take you on a journey. Concentrate on the beginning Cables and Lace Section, then relax into the Stockinette Section, like Shavasana.
