This is a simple little tawashi, or scrubbie.

You work two rounds, fold in half, and crochet together, adding a picot trim, and voila! Scrubbie is complete. Uses only a few yards of any worsted weight yarn. Perfect size for getting in the bottom of glasses or cups, or for little hands to use.
