Yarn: Valley Yarns Valley Superwash
(100% Extra Fine Merino; 97 yards/50g;
200 Steel Grey – 2 (3) balls)

(60% Merino/40% Silk; 130 yards/50g;
0001 Carnelian – 1 (2) balls)

Hook: US 8/H (5.0 mm) or size to obtain gauge
Extras: Yarn needle, removable stitch markers
Gauge: 15 sts = 4” (10cm) in stitch pattern

PATTERN NOTES
The mitts are worked in one piece beginning with ribbing at the cuff worked vertically. The body is worked horizontally in the rounds to
the thumb. The thumb opening is worked back and forth in rows, then back to working in the rounds.

If working the fingerless mitts, the ribbing
at the fingers are worked similarly to the the cuff, while joining to the body of the mitts.

If working the mittens, mittens tops and thumbs are added.
