The ButterflyLove pdf Halloween Eyeballs knitting pattern gives you clear step by step instructions to make your own horrific decorations. This pattern only involves knitting flat and is suitable for a beginner knitter who doesn’t mind embroidery. What you will need:

2 knitting needles (US2/2.75mm or as per tension advice)
2 knitting needles (US3/3.25mm or as per tension advice)
5g white DK yarn (e.g. Sirdar Snuggly DK 251 ‘White’)
5g coloured DK yarn for the iris (e.g. Sirdar Snuggly DK 482 ‘Bubbles Blue or 483 ‘Whizz’)
5g red DK yarn (e.g. Sirdar Snuggly DK 242 ‘Flamenco’)
1 black plastic toy safety eye (12mm) per eyeball
Polyfil toy stuffing
1 tapestry needle for finishing

Skills used: Casting on and off, Increasing and decreasing, Embroidery

Stitches used: Stocking stitch
