This crochet colorwork Halloween Treat Basket uses tapestry crochet and creates a spider web on the outside of the candy basket.

SIZE: Opening width = 7” across (fits about 50 snack size candy bars); 4” tall

STITCHES & TECHNIQUES USED: chains, slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, working in the back loop only, tapestry crochet color changes

YARN: #4 Worsted Weight, We Crochet Brava Worsted, 110 yards Mulberry (A); 55 yards Salt and Pepper Speckle (B) or suitable substitutes

TOOLS: US Size (H/8) 5.0 mm crochet hook, Yarn Needle, Scissors, Paperboard or cardboard (optional) to cut a circle for the bottom inside of the basket
