Halo's Arrow
I don’t know about you, but I am a knitter who uses her knits on a daily basis. I love to sit on my patio and sip coffee, wearing a cowl to keep the back of my neck warm. I like to wear a wrap around my shoulders to keep the chill away in the movie theatre. When I meet my friends for lunch, I’ll wear a stylish scarf paired with an open jacket or vest. On a plane I’ll drape whatever knit I have over my lap. This got me thinking about how I could use one knit to do ALL of these things. Halo’s Arrow is a versatile knit that can be anything you want it to be! Knit in a classic rectangle shape with a modern flare, Halo’s Arrow will work for you in all the ways you love to wear your knits!
Samples shown both use Plucky Knitter, Halo, 215 yards, 5 Skeins, 100% Cashmere
V1: Ogre, Enchantment, Pink Cadillac, Gris, Baby Love
V2: Counting Sheep Gradient
Finished Measurements:
20 inches/51 cm x 60 inches/152 cm
If you would like some help with the cast on in this video I have uploaded a video to YouTube. You can find the video using this direct link or by searching Twin Needles on YouTube. https://youtu.be/aLsuB_qG-G4
I have tried to make Halo’s Arrow adaptable in every way. I designed this pattern to be worn by every one, every size, every knitting ability and every budget. I give insight on how to make your Halo’s Arrow wider and/or longer, on page 2. You can easily make a fade, use your partials, and adjust the weight of yarn with the flexible gauge.
Please remember that knitting is to be shared.
If you find yourself low on funds please send me an email at erinjensen@me.com or a message here on Ravelry. I will happily gift this pattern to you! Please do not forget to include your Ravelry username if you’re emailing.
