A line is missing from the Leg section; here is the complete text:

Leg
Work Left Spiral Column over first 10 sts, Inverted Gull pattern over next 9 sts, Right Spiral Column over next 10 sts, Moire pattern over next 36 sts, end k2.

Continue in this manner until a total of 16 repeats of the Inverted Gull pattern (including the 2 repeats from the Cuff) have been worked.

This has been corrected in the 2014 pdf.
