Hanover Beanie
I like to think of this as the perfect man hat. Have you tried to make a hat for a man in your life, but run into the conflict of trying to create a pattern that is simple, but still interesting? This pattern solves that issue. Simple, elegant, and interesting, the modified basket weave stitch creates a texture that is gender neutral.
This hat is made slightly over-sized in the height. It isn’t a slouchy hat, but it isn’t a fitted beanie either. It is long enough to cover your ears completely, protecting them from the winter chill.
