Happy Together is part of The Memory Tree Collection, a collection of four patterns, three individual and an exclusive pattern - not available to purchase alone.
Designed and knit in Florida at a Mod Squad and Test Knitter get together and named Happy Together because we were exactly that - very, very Happy Together. The name was sealed when we were knitting on a jetty built over a lake full of turtles. I guess it was meant to be.
Happy Together is a wide crescent shaped shawl that starts with a stocking stitch body and repeatable lace section before moving to the finale of the lace border. The lace section can be beaded (placement show in pattern) or you could just bead the border depending on your preference.
Yarn - 600m of Heavy Lace (I used WalkCollection Delicate Silk)
Beads - 775 Miyuki size 5 Triangular beads (I used colour 1151)
Size - Designed to be adaptable in both the stocking stitch body size and the lace body so easy to enlarge or reduce in size
You will find it very useful to print this pattern using a colour printer This pattern contains both charts and full written instructions.
If you like my designs please join us in the Boo Group where you will find a place to discuss my patterns, show off your knitting and hear about KALs and MKALs.
Patterns already set up by KnitCompanion can be purchased, in the KnitCompanion Store, for knitters who like to use KnitCompanion, but prefer to have their charts already set up.
