NOTES
This design is worked from the top down. The ribbed portion of the collar is worked flat. Then additional sts are CO and joined in the round and worked together. Next the back neck sts are BO and the front sts are put on hold while the saddle shoulders are worked.
The upper back is picked up along the back shoulders, shaped with short rows, and worked flat to the underarm. The upper front is worked in the same manner, but you will shape the neckline and shoulders simultaneously.
The body is then joined in the round and worked until you separate for front and back hems. Each side of hem is worked flat.
The sleeves are picked up and knit in the round continuing the rib side detail down the underside of the sleeve.
