This easy scarf is knit using slipped stitches – a wonderful technique that creates textured, two-color results while knitting with only one color at a time. This scarf will show off any team colors, and the textured design is unisex, so great for all fans. Or choose more subtle colors for a more sophisticated look. Have some variegated yarn or homespun that you aren’t sure what to do with? Team it with a neutral to show it off. Instructions for two widths are provided. The pattern is easy to memorize making this an relaxing, portable knitting project.

Skills: For the most part you’ll need to be able to knit, purl, and slip stitches purlwise.
