The Hawthorne Sweater is an loose summer crochet sweater pattern made in one piece.

Create your own stylish summer sweater with this beginner crochet pattern today.

Terms: US crochet terms
Sizes: XS - 5X (28 - 62 in bust)
Skill: beginner, some experience is helpful
Type: written, stitch tutorial and schematic included
You will need: 1600 - 2600 yds of any sport/fingering/no 2 weight yarn. I used 4 x Twister Solid from Hobbii in the shade Royal Blue to create my Hawthorne Sweater in the S size, OR use Stylecraft Naturals Bamboo Cotton DK or any SIMILAR 3 weight yarn
Hook: 4mm (4.5mm) or whatever is required to achieve gauge
Other materials: stitch markers, darning needle, scissors, tape measure

Stitches used:
Chain
Single Crochet
Double Crochet
