This cute baby headband is knitted sideways. The two parts of the bow are made separately and attached to the band.

The pattern includes pictures illustrating the technique used for the beautiful small mock eyelet cables.

Headband Width: 2.25”-2.5”

Headband Circumference:

0-3 months: ~11”-12”
3-6 months: ~13”-14”
6-12 months: ~15”-16”
12+ months: ~16”-17”

Yarn used: any #2 sport weight or #3 DK yarn

Gauge: 6-6.5 sts per 1” in stockinette stitch

You can use a thinner/thicker yarn and smaller/bigger needles for a narrower/wider headband.

Difficulty: easy
