The heart is worked an an intarsia motif. Worked with Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino on US1 (2.25mm) and US3 (3.25mm) single pointed needles. Worked flat and seamed.

Just select and print the pages for the size you are knitting, and leave the other sizes safely in a folder for another project. If you only work in the round, you could easily convert this pattern for DPNs and duplicate stitch (swiss darn) the hearts once you have completed the mittens.
