Hearth Wrap
This design was created as part of the Three Rivers Fibershed Sheep to Shawl in 2023. The focus was to create an accessory made from locally produced fibers. The fiber in the original shawl was locally grown, spun and made within the Three Rivers Fibershed radius. The wool was grown at Ewetopia Farm and spun at Ewetopia Fiber Mill, both located in La Farge, WI. You can find more information about the Three Rivers Fibershed here.

Hearth Wrap is a basic rectangular shawl initially worked in the round then steeked with a basic garter stitch border. The wrap is finished with a i-cord bind off.
