This small heart motif gift bag is the perfect way to add a personal touch when presenting small gifts or candies to loved ones!

The stranded design is easy to work as an in-the-round project. A fold-down facing cleanly finishes the top edge and provides support for the crocheted carrying ties. A removable liner is cut from readily available poster board or heavy card stock (instructions included).

You can use any fingering weight yarn that runs about 220-230 yds per 50 grams of weight. The sample shown uses a red variegated yarn, Dream in Color “Smooshy with Cashmere” for the red background and Knit Picks “Palette” for the white color.

Needles:

• Size 3 (3.25 mm) DPNs, set of 5 needles.
