This pattern is worked in a back and forth round, with a nearly invisible seam running along the palm.

The heart motifs are worked inline, therefore each wrap is ONE piece and there is nothing to join later.

Also, this is a completely adjustable wrist wrap pattern. Included are instruction for few different sizes, and in the notes section, you will find instructions on making them longer, wider or adding more hearts if you want to.
