This pattern is only in Finnish for now. I hope I’ll manage to translate the pattern soon.

This cardigan was originally designed for my friend Sanna who has beautiful and elegant style. Patterns name comes from Sannas blog, Hearts&Minds. With different color (green) the cardigan looks almost totally different.
