As written, the paid of slippers can be made with one skein of Hektos. If you have more yarn, this pattern is easy to customize to a longer more sock-like length for even more coziness—just work more rounds of the heart cable before switching to the ribbing. This pattern doesn’t include any calf shaping, so if you do lengthen the leg of the slipper, either make it no more than a mid-calf length, or add your own calf shaping to the back of the leg.
