rib: shorter front panel and taller back panel;
• then you join these two panels in round and work the rest of the cape
body in bottom-up RS rounds, knitting straight in stockinette stitch,
adding stripes of contrasting color;
• then you work shoulder decreases;
• then you work the turtleneck collar in 1x1 rib.

You may also need:
• Tapestry needle to weave in ends;
• Crochet hook to pick runaway stitches;
• Gauge measurement ruler or measuring tape;
• Small scissors to cut yarn.
