HEIDI includes video tutorials that ensure you don’t stand still at any time while knitting.

CONSTRUCTION:

Sizes: 1 (2, 3, 4) (5, 6, 7) covers a range of chest measurements from 80 to 140cm.

Final item measurements at the chest in cm:
90 (100, 110, 120) (130, 140, 150) cm approx. This top is designed to be worn with positive ease of between 6 and 16cm approximately at the chest.

The sample shown is size 2 with 10cm of positive ease.

Gauge:

In stockinette stitch worked flat 10x10cm is:

25 stitches and 35 rows before blocking.
24 stitches and 35 rows after blocking.

It is advisable to note down the measurements of your
swatch before and after blocking to allow you to estimate
the final measurements.

Yarn: Light fingering weight yarn 480m = 100g approx.

These quantities are approximate. The total amount required will also depend on the type of fibre used, your gauge, or any modifications you may make to the pattern.

Needles:

• 3.5mm circular needles with a cable of 60 or 80cm or size needed to get gauge.
• 3mm needles with a cable of 60cm for the neckline
finishing.
• A third 3.5mm needle to work the 3-needle bind-off at the shoulders.

Other Materials:

• 1 marker for the beginning of round.
• Waste yarn of approximately the same weight as the main yarn (which is smooth and won’t bleed colour onto the main yarn) for the provisional cast-on.
• A long cable with a connector or other accessory to allow you to try on the item as you go.
• A tape measure, tapestry needle, and scissors.

Construcción:

HEIDI se teje de arriba hacia abajo con la siguiente secuencia:

1.- Montamos provisionalmente los puntos de
hombros y escote para tejer la espalda hasta la sisa.
2.- Hacemos exactamente igual para el delantero.
3.- A esta altura unimos en circular para tejer el
cuerpo hasta el largo deseado.
4.- Rematamos el escote barco.

¡Y listo! A buscarle un bonito look.

Tallas: 1 (2, 3, 4) (5, 6, 7) cubre un rango de contorno de pecho de 80 a 140 cm.

Medidas finales de la prenda en el contorno de pecho:

90 (100, 110, 120) (130, 140, 150) cm aprox. Esta camiseta está diseñada para ser llevada con una holgura de entre unos 6 y 16 cm aproximadamente en el contorno del pecho.

El modelo de la fotografía es talla 2 con 10 cm de holgura.

Estas cantidades son aproximadas. El metraje total de hilo empleado va a depender también del tipo de hilado, tensión o de
las modificaciones que hagamos a la prenda.

Tensión: A punto jersey en abierto 10x10 cm son:

25 puntos y 35 pasadas antes del bloqueo.
24 puntos y 35 pasadas después del bloqueo.

Es aconsejable anotar las medidas de la muestra antes y
después del bloqueo, de esa forma podremos estimar las
medidas finales de la prenda.

Agujas:

• Circulares de 3.5 mm con cable de 60 u 80 cm o grosor
adecuado para obtener la tensión de la muestra.
• Circulares de 3 mm con cable de 60 cm para rematar el
escote.
• Una tercera aguja de 3.5 mm para hacer el cierre a tres
agujas en los hombros.

Otros materiales:

• 1 marcador para el inicio de vuelta.
• Hilado de desecho del mismo grosor aproximado del que vamos
a usar (que no tenga pelito y no vaya a desteñir) para el montaje
provisional.
• Cable largo con conector o cualquier útil para ir probándonos la
prenda.
• Cinta métrica, aguja lanera y tijeras.
