Helena Shawl
A free version is also available.
Helena is inspired by my Great-Grandmother, Helen, who would make triangular grannies to put on the back of her chairs. She actually made the center portion of the shawl in the pictures. I simply took her project and expanded upon it, creating a beautiful and functional shawl with a lace section between the original “granny” look.
Materials Needed:
- worsted weight yarn (I used Red Heart Super Saver)
- J/10 crochet hook
- Yarn needle
Finished measurements:
20” up the middle, 33” between the tips
Skill Level: Beginner
