The Hello September Cardigan is designed to suit beginner crocheters. It is made from the neck down, with no sewing involved aside from joining the cuffs.

The written pattern includes photo tutorials for most sections, and you’ll find some video tutorials for this specific pattern on my IGTV @littlegoldennook, as well as other tutorials you may find helpful.

To work out your yardage, take the yardage suggested for the size you are making and divide this by the number of colours you are using.

Eg. Size 5XL with 5 colors - 2200/5 = 440 meters each. If you are using one of the 5 colours for the stripes AND ribbing, you could take 25m from the remaining 4 colours and add 100m to the rib colour - 540m, 415m, 415m, 415m, 415m.

Use as many or as few colors as you like for your cardigan, and whether yours is a hello Spring cardigan or a hello Autumn cardigan, have fun with it!
