A go-to sweater with a simple shaped hem that adds a little touch of elegance to this otherwise understated knit. This sweater is made for cosying up with a journal or sketchbook and whiling away the hours. We’ve named the sweater ‘Herbin’ after our designer’s favourite brand of ink because we love handwritten letters as much as we do handknit sweaters. It’s time to indulge in our favourite hobbies whether it’s knitting or writing. Celebrate the weekend with Vivacious Knitwear!

Yarn is held double to add weight and structure to the ribbing before continuing on the main body and sleeves while holding just one end of the yarn. With an emphasis on strong hem lines and worked in pieces with simple raglan increases, this is a classic sweater that really goes the extra mile to ensure great fit and a flattering shape. Simple enough for beginners who wish to learn garment construction or a soothing knit for the more experienced knitter who wants a little comfort.
