Hexad Peaks Cardigan
Get the full issue for $14.99.
Elongated hexagonal motifs stair-step their way up the fronts of the Hexad Peaks Cardigan, tumble over the shoulders, and finally taper to a single point at the back of the sweater. This elegant two-tone cardigan uses the intarsia method to join the hexagon motifs to the stockinette body of the sweater. The loose-fitting cropped sleeves are knitted separately.

NOTES
-
This cardigan is worked back and forth beginning at the lower edge of each front. After the fronts are complete, stitches are cast on for the back neck, and the back is worked down to the lower edge. The sleeves are worked flat.
-
The CC hexagons are joined to the MC body using the intarsia method. Twist the yarns at each color change to avoid holes.
-
At some places on the charts or in the instructions, there are two M1L worked next to each other into the same strand.
